The ask

After the pandemic, a forum of civil society organisations, government bodies, PLN, energy providers, electric-vehicle businesses, and traditional Balinese organisations wanted one banner for a greener recovery on the island. It needed a name and a face that felt local, not imported.

What we did

  • Co-facilitated a branding workshop and focus group with Purpose International. The name, KemBali Becik, came out of that room.
  • Identity — palette, type, and an illustration style built from everyday Bali: the scooter, the sunglasses, the palms.
  • Brand guidelines and the full kit — website design, collateral, merchandise, outdoor signage, posters.

What happened

A shared identity partners could use without arguing over the logo — which, in a coalition, is most of the game.
